Measure their true learning and engagement.
Chrysalis Avatar is the world’s first developmental intelligence system to help build critical and creative thinking skills, and measure that progress.
Its purpose is to develop the human, collective, and organizational capacities required to create meaningful and measurable progress.
We provide the newest metrics on real learning and resulting actions, created by a leader in the education and organizational systems fields. Now you don’t have to assume people learned from your information or LMS. You can prove it.

Chrysalis Avatar is the synthesis of decades of thinking and practice across learning, cognition, creativity, artificial intelligence, design, systems thinking, human development, organizational learning, philosophy, and social change.
Our Indexes are devised by Scott Marshall Brandon, and based on his many years of experience and testing in education and organizational systems design. Scott evolved and proved his ideas over time with industry titans including Bill Moggridge, Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi, Maxine Greene, and Sir Ken Robinson.
Rather than adopting any one theory, Chrysalis Avatar integrates cross-industry perspectives into an innovative, practical and measurable Developmental Intelligence System.
The goal is to provide organizations with a structured methodology for transforming knowledge into understanding, understanding into action, and action into measurable impact.

Any organization, from corporate to government, education, and nonprofit, can benefit from our innovative learning and measurement platform. We help transform individual knowledge into broader, more integrated thinking and action, alongside traditional LMSs or as a stand-alone platform.
Chrysalis Avatar is the synthesis of decades of thinking and practice
across learning, cognition, creativity, design, systems thinking, human development, organizational learning, philosophy, and social change.
The framework draws upon a broad lineage of educators, psychologists, designers, philosophers, systems thinkers, artists, and practitioners who explored how people learn, develop understanding, create meaning, collaborate, adapt, and contribute to change.
Rather than adopting any one theory of systems design and training for innovation, Chrysalis Avatar integrates multiple, cross-sector perspectives into a practical and measurable Developmental Intelligence System.
Our goal is to provide organizations with a structured methodology for transforming knowledge into understanding, understanding into action, and action into measurable impact.
